Maxim went about solving all of the unexpected technicalities without ever making a complaint or asking to renegotiate the fixed fee we had agreed on even though the amount of work involved turned out to be extraordinary. He kept me fully informed at each step of the way, letting me know what needed to be done and what I needed to do. Maxim exceeded all expectations. He was clearly, at every moment acting in my interest.
